What makes the world turn? And the stomach turn? Why can’t we fix the things that are wrong with our world … or can we if we just know how or know the right people or know how to make change? It’s always a major challenge for new generations. I understand a lot of the why from seeing what works.

Leaders and those making change

I write for For leaders and other interested parties in thought leadership, religion-spirituality, business, technology, and educators who want a deeper or broader understanding of topics and their implications for society. What works and what doesn’t, and what deserves deeper exploration?

This is especially for those working with new generations, who are currently millennials and Generation Z, and find them challenging and unknowable.who want a deeper or broader understanding of topics and their implications.

Let’s make the world a better place.

I understand leadership and how to make change with some people and the difficulties with working with others. Creating change is difficult and I stumble as often as I succeed.

The subjects I write about are complex and varied. I study hard to make sure I’m well informed, and then I share what I know from both information and direct experience, having had full careers in several fields. Why? Because I’m endlessly curious about making the world better and I’m a communicator and that’s what I do.

The fields have I learned in depth from my studies and experience?

  • Communications: radio announcer, repair, writing fiction and nonfiction- multiple books and 25 year Website on writing,

  • Psychology: attitude change, social change. I’ll be talking about how to communicate with difficult people.

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI): Worked in the field as the explainer and I use it and write about it,

  • Business (management: leadership and organizational change,

  • Marketing management,

All of these experiences and formal education (or self-study) enable me to leverage knowledge from one field into an advantage in another field.
